Indulge in our plant-based viennoiserie, handcrafted with no seed oils or margarine—just rich, velvety shea butter for a superior taste and texture. Each pastry is a flaky, golden delight packed with 20g of protein, offering wholesome indulgence without compromise.

Our viennoiserie are best kept in an airtight container and will remain fresh for 5 days (they can also be frozen). For best results place your pastry in the oven at 170 for 5 minutes and enjoy warm, there is no better experience!

Flaky, golden layers spiralled and filled with silky chocolate orange ganache — rich, bright and nostalgic.

Black Forest
Filled with lush cherry compote and vanilla crème patisserie, finished with dark chocolate shavings. Classic, elegant and indulgent.

Croque Monsieur
Soft laminated pastry layered with faux butcher’s pastrami and our house béchamel-style cheese sauce. Buttery, savoury and deeply satisfying.

Apple Caramel Crumble Pudding
Spiced apple, caramel and almond frangipane inside our signature supreme, topped with pecan crumble.

Plain Croissant - Only available to pre order on our website. These plant based beauties are the perfect addition to any meal at any time. perfect for snacking, breakfasts, or adding your favourite fillings

Almond  Our almond-stuffed croissant, filled with rich almond frangipane and topped with golden, toasted flaked almonds.

Pistachio Our pistachio-stuffed croissant, filled with velvety homemade pistachio butter frangipane and crowned with a sprinkle of toasted, chopped pistachios.

Maple Pecan
Maple pecan frangipane baked into a crisp, buttery croissant, finished with toasted pecans.

Banoffee
Caramel, fresh banana and vanilla Chantilly cream, finished with chocolate shavings.

Hazelnut Pain Au Choc
